There are so many that do not know Christ as their personal Savior and it is an awesome task to tell people about Jesus and lead them to the Lord. It is the responsibility of each one of us as Christians to tell those around us about Jesus.
We not only are to tell people about Jesus, we are supposed to show people by the way we live who Jesus is. People should be able to see Jesus in our lives and want to have what we have which is Jesus in our hearts.
It is very true, that as soon as you become a Christian your desire to see everyone around you saved is your top priority. As time goes on we need to continue to have this desire. We have to continually share Jesus with others by the way we live, how we react, where we go, and what we do.
There are so many people in this world that never pick up a Bible to read and the only Bible that they will be reading is your life.
Yes, there is someone watching what you do all the time. We are not aware of who is watching what we do and how we act because they are interested in what we have that they don’t and therefore we have to live our lives for Jesus.
The Scripture that is so important to share with those that are lost is called The Romans Road Map to Salvation. In Romans 3:10, the Bible says, “There is none righteous, no, not one.” We have to realize that none of us are righteous and we don’t deserve what God is offering us. Romans 3:23 states, “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,” which means we all are sinners, there is none that have not sinned.
Romans 6:23, “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” This means that our penalty of sin is death but Jesus is offering us His gift of eternal life if we will just accept that gift.
Followed by Romans 10:10 says, “That if we confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” It is as simple as this, we just have to believe that God gave his Son, Jesus, to die on the cross for our sins and we have to ask God to save us and He will.
There is a big difference between knowing in your head and knowing in your heart that Jesus died for our sins and that Jesus can save us. So I will leave you with this last verse and pray that you come to know Jesus as your personal Savior. We need to know , John 3: 16, also that states, “For God so love the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever shall believe on Him shall be saved.”
